2009 National Music &
Gospel Arts Camp

national-logo-2009Project Description: Quiet City Design has been behind the visuals of The Salvation Army’s National Music and Gospel Arts Camp for three years.  The 2009 camp underwent some program changes, and the logo helped communicate the fresh, new perspective.

Requirements: The primary need of The Salvation Army’s Music and Gospel Arts department was to promote the camp early in the year, across the country.  Secondly, following the design style in the camp materials was necessary to maintain consistency.

Components: Posters and handbills were produced national-poster-2009featuring a camp theme logo for the year, and highlighting the program and guests for the week.  The material was printed on digitally for local promotions, and emailed as PDF for other regional areas.

During the camp, PowerPoint slides for most events and activities were created using the same background and logo, giving appropriate space for titles, names and text.

Campers and faculty all received camp t-shirts to wear during the mid-week concert, as a casual and uniform presentation to guests.
