Project Description: The Peoples Church celebrates the end of its Music Ministry season with a spring-time worship concert, featuring their own artists.  Jared Erhardt, the Gospel Arts Director, calls on Quiet City Design to help promote the service to the 3000+ member congregation.

Requirements: The main delivery of the promotion is through posters mounted in frames throughout the church hallways.  Ads and articles run in the bi-weekly newsletter, and pre-service projection slides reinforce the promotion strategy.

Components: Full colour posters printed 24″x36″ on glossy 115lb paper feature a colourful background illustration and bold titles.  The event information highlights important information regarding support initiatives.

A smaller version of the poster makes for an ad in the bi-weekly newsletter.  PowerPoint slides for pre-service projection annoucements required a slight modification of the titles to compensate for the landscape layout.  (Download/Play PPS file – 759kb)
