If a customer replies to your SMS review request or provides negative feedback from your review funnel, you can continue the conversation via text messages from within your account dashboard. For the most part, no. If you don’t want to share management access to your online accounts, then you will need to authorize REVU4 to connect and manage your Google Profile, Facebook Page and Twitter Posts. Don’t worry, it’s easy to do and we’ll work through it together during your onboarding session.

Unlike other “out of the box” apps or software you might have used, I personally create and configure every REVU4 account to make sure it’s accurate, complete and on-brand. These customized settings can take some time, creativity and skill to develop your unique review funnel solution.
