Both plans include all of the integrated messaging services from social, web, email and text, and the ability to send payment links. Universal Inbox+ includes the option to easily send online review requests and set calendar appointments. Most clients choose the Universal Inbox+ plan because it gives them additional powerful tools to manage their business on the go.
The Universal Inbox (and UI+) operates using a native iOS and Android app called Lead Connector. This app connects to your account and gives you total control over your contacts, messages, reviews, notes, tasks, calendar and payment links.
Lead Connector webchat widget is an optional tool that sits on your website to capture visitors with questions and get them messaging, texting or calling you within minutes. If you choose this add-on service (+$19/m), we’ll set it up with your colours, logo and tone of voice and embed it on your website.
Our contracts are all month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. That said, once you start using Universal Inbox and realize how much time and energy you’re saving, you won’t want to give it up!
