Readiness Report

Before you quote, you do an inspection to look things over, spot problems, and decide whether it’s worth taking on. We do the same.

You start by completing a short System Readiness Report. This helps identify:

  • How leads are coming in now
  • Where they’re slipping or stalling
  • What you’re currently juggling by hand
  • Whether automation would help or just get in the way

Many contractors find a lot of value from the report on its own. But if this isn’t a good fit, you’ll know early before any time and money is spent.

Scope Review

If the readiness check shows a good fit, we schedule a scope review call.

This is where we define what’s being built and how it fits your business. We cover:

  • Where leads come from today
  • What happens after first contact
  • Where calls, texts, and forms break down or go quiet
  • What a better, realistic outcome should look like
  • What existing assets we’ll use or replace (website, phone, email, socials, reviews)

By the end of this call, the scope is clear.

We both know what’s being built, what problems it’s meant to solve, and what success looks like.

7-Day Build

Once everything is defined, the 7-day build starts.

During the week:

  • Your website is built so leads have a clear place to go
  • Calls, forms, and messages are set up to land in one place
  • Quick replies and follow-ups are put in so nothing sits unattended
  • The behind-the-scenes framework is handled for you

You don’t need to learn new tools. You don’t need to manage the process.

We handle the build. You stay focused on the work you already have.

Review and Decide

At the end of the build week, we schedule a live walk-through. This is not a slideshow. You see it actually running.

You’ll see:

  • The website live
  • Forms and messages flowing into one place
  • Automated replies triggering as they should
  • The follow-up system working end to end

We’ll update that and connect your accounts in the next step. After the walk-through, you decide:

  • Does this solve a real problem for your business?
  • Is this worth keeping and using?
  • Do you want to adopt the system at the monthly rate?

There is no obligation before this point. If you move forward, the subscription begins. If not, we part cleanly.

Finishing Touches and Ongoing Care

Once you decide to move forward, we finish setting everything up so it runs properly day to day.

This includes:

  • Connecting your real phone number, email, website URL and social accounts
  • Making sure messages, replies, and follow-ups are going to the right places
  • Walking you through how things work, without overwhelming you

This part usually takes a day or two for servers and apps to connect.

After that, the system just runs.

We keep an eye on things, make improvements as needed, and handle changes when you need them. As your business shifts, the system can be adjusted to match.
